What We Do
Since our founding in 2020, Bridge to Music has launched a variety of initiatives designed to bring our community together through the power of music. From live performances, instrument donations, fundraisers, to student leadership training, explore our projects and discover how you can join us in advancing our mission and creating a lasting impact in our community.
Our Projects
Free Concerts
We organize and host free concerts at local senior living communities, featuring our talented student musicians. Programs are typically one hour in length and feature various instruments.
Instrument Donations
We collect new and gently used instruments. Once received, our student volunteers clean and repair as needed and donate them to local non-profit music schools in the area.
Community Fundraisers
We research and hold fundraisers to support nonprofit organizations and relief efforts, with a special focus on music education and community initiatives.
Creative Project
Our student volunteers create art keepsakes for every senior resident at our concerts. These gifts are a small token of appreciation, celebrating creativity while fostering meaningful connections between our volunteers and the communities we serve.
