Bridge to Music Supports SOUNDS Academy’s “March Madness Campaign”

At Bridge to Music, we believe that music has the power to bring people together and transform communities. From instrument drives to free concerts at senior homes, and fundraisers supporting other nonprofits, we are always looking for ways to share music and create opportunities for everyone.

This month, we are excited to support SOUNDS Academy’s spring fundraiser, March Madness, which is raising money to bridge to gap in music education for underserved youth.

Founded in 2014, SOUNDS Academy is a Phoenix-based nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to quality music education through programs like the Musical Access Program, School Program, SOLO (Students Optimizing Leadership Opportunities), and the Collective. These programs at SOUNDS offer private lessons, performance opportunities, scholarships for competitions and music festivals, all to help students develop creativity, leadership, resilience, and teamwork.

What makes this cause extra special for us is that many of our own student volunteers, officers, and board members are also students and alumni of SOUNDS Academy. This first-hand experience of the multitude of opportunities and doors opened by programs like SOUNDS makes our initiative to give back even more meaningful.

As such, we are proud to support SOUNDS Academy’s mission by raising and donating $1,500 by April 15, 2026. Every contribution—big or small—helps bring music education to children who might not otherwise have access.
